vegetatice stage???

when is a plant considered to be in vegetative stage? how many nodes?

Its in veg until you flower it.

im asking when is a plant not considered a seedling?

im actually looking for the same answer, my plant is about 3 inches ... lol. i have just recently put it on 18/6 ... and was wondering if this is too soon, or just right? +rep for any and all advice. thank you!

Once you get a full 5 finger leaf and the stem turns green, then it is no longer a seedling. IMO.

i leave my plants on 20/4 till budding they grow like wild fire and i turn the light back to 12/12 about 14 inch tall

i pre veg for 2 weeks.24 hr light,then switch to 18/6,for 6 weeks,witch is what i consider my veg..

the reason i ask is because i had my light at 3 feet while they were sprouting, and im tryin to figure out a good time to lower the light, since they were getting pretty leggy

Considered veg untill u change the light source to 12/12
