Vent or Exhaust?

Hey everyone!!' Newbie question!!? Here is my problem..

First time grow... Planning on a 2x4x7 grow tent for blooming in a 10x10 room. Veg and seedlings in a 6.5x7 closest in the same room. 1-2 plants on a 400w hps. Nothing fancy, just a personal stash/hobby.

Very concern with odor...!! I have a two story duplex with neighbors very close to my left and right sides of the house... About 4ft from my left side, desired exhaust room, and 16ft to my right side. PROBLEM is the only place I can exhaust/vent the grow room is on a somewhat busy street (not a Main Street) from the second story window (15ft off the sidewalk).

All the main odor equipment will be in place, carbon filter, inline fan, insulated ducting, etc.

Currently trying to decide best option:
1) run exhaust out window (filter>ducting>fan>to a space in wall of window for the AC>HEPA filter for stealth)
2) same as #1 with second scrubber after fan
3) exhaust inside the room, outside of tent, with carbon filter/fan. Then leave the window open to let fresh air in and out.

Do you think 2 plants will need such odor control? Thoughts? Ideas?

You will absolutely need a carbon filter,

Get a good fan, high rated CFM and a very good filter and you should be fine

If you vent your hot air outside that will be the best route

I would vent scrubbed bloom directly in room, and have a window fan in the window.

Venting directly outside is in danger of being seen by a FLIR camera at night.

There are strains that are very low odor. I have 3 Strawberry Kush in an apartment closet 1 week from harvest, and there is very little odor. I haven't had to worry at all. Bubblicious is another low odor, and Northern Lights are low odor. Otherwise you need to build or buy a carbon air cleaner.

How good is the filter? 100%? I don't mind buying one or two.... I just want to make sure it is 100%. Otherwise I'll keep them very very short/small... Which is not ideal...
