Ventalation setup

Hey everyone I need some help on redoing my room venting when I started this setup I did it half ass and pieced everything together. I will reply to my post with pics of my current setup and what I am working with.
So I will start with I am growing in in my basement which kind of sucks it not you normal cool basement it runs pretty hot due to the furnace and hot water heater which are all older models

right now I am taking cold air from outside and running it threw a 600 hps and a 1000 hps with a 6" fan and exhausting it into the other open room where the furnace is. The problem with this is I am not really taking in any new fresh air into the grow room and I am getting condensation all over the ducting from the cold air outside.

I was kind of thinking of unhooking one of my floor vents upstairs and flipping the fan so that it sucks the air from my room threw my lights then exhaust up stairs.
But I still need cool fresh air into the room. I have a 4 inch fan that I was thinking of taking and and sucking air in from outisde from a window in the furnace room and venting into the grow room. BUT i am worried because living in michigan the outside air temp is anywhere from 18 degrees to 40 so thats going cool my room down way to much.

can anyone give some options based of my layout or changes I can make I have been watching youtube and stuff all day but cant find much I can get to work with my rooms layout most seem to just take air in from an outside room but like I said its not the coolest or the freshest air lol

Thanks!

Put your ventilation on a temp control. Run intake when temps get above desired setpoint. Shut off intake when you reach desired temp. Do the same with the exhaust Takes some time to find the balance but it can be done
