Run a closed loop like intake air from another area and dump back into a different area...could be the same area as long as that area could get rid of that heat. Or you could intake from another room and blow it outside? This option might not be good if you have leaks in your reflector as you'd be exhausting room air and co2. Another option is to suck air from the room and out the reflector/cooltube. Or you could just recirculate room air through it. Id link two reflectors together so you'd have 2 systems for the 4 lights. Id put as minimum as possible bends and keep the duct runs as straight as possible and put a fan at the end of each run sucking air through the reflectors/cooltubes. You're probably going to need an air conditioner for the heat. Although I properly ran co2 fed plant can withstand temperatures higher than a normal atmospheric co2 fed plant. Temperatures as high as 85 can be done. If its too hot in there already id go with some of the first options I listed.

id keep the carbon filter and exhaust setup just in case you need to exhaust the room. I red somewhere that said plants like co2 at day time but they like o2 at night so at nights its ok to shut down your co2 output and turn on the exhaust and intake fresh air from either another room or outside. This will also cool your room so when lights go back on its not heating up an already hot room.

All of these options really depend on the environment you live in and what the temps are usually.
