Hey I'm a new grower and getting a bit confused with all this ventilation stuff heh.
Here is a list of what I will be getting this week (unless you guys give me advice not to)
Mylar grow tent 4x4x6.5
400w HPS/MH light with ballast - batwing reflector not air cooled or tubed
1 x 6" Carbon Filter
1 x 6" Inline Fan (340cfm)
1 x 6" x 30 Feet Aluminum Duct Tubing
1 regular oscillating desk fan
Right now i'm growing 3 plants under my stairs. This was a quick decision and therefor didn't realize that i could not get COMPLETE darkness and environment control. So my plants are ready to flower and the items listed is all I have thought of getting. Is there anything else i should be looking into for my grow tent? Will 1 inline fan be enough to exhaust the heat from lamp and tent? BTW the only reason i'm getting that large of tent is because it was on sale and the smaller tent was $100 more.
the tent, light, and fans will be setting me back close to $450 so if i do need more I hope its not to pricey
