Venting out of an apartment window, help!

So I will be moving into a small 4 plex and setting up my tent in a bedroom. The room has a 4' x 4' window with horizontal sliding glass and mini blinds sitting in the frame of the window. So the wall is flush with no impediments around the window.

I will need to be stealthy with the set up, so I am imagining a breathable, dark sheet/curtain between the blinds and whatever I use to seal the window. Some sort of material to cover and seal the window and also accommodate a cutout and flange to attach my 6' exhaust ducting to.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Cheers!

I just put panda film over my windows and with the blinds and curtains in front of them it just looks like the light aren't on. I crack my window and the cold air leaks through any crevice that it can. Then, I have my intake and the side closest to the window. Works great for me but I use T-5's so I only have heat problems in the summer.

My window is flush with blinds in frame like yours. I tucked a thick blanket into top of blinds and let hang over window. No air escapes upward and can only go down. My tent is 1 ft from window. Intake fan use placed in lower slot below window. All you have to do us crack window. Light from room won't penetrate it either during dark phase. Will try to get a room pic for you in a few.

Here's a pic. There's two thick blankets. One not seen is tucked above window and sitting on lower seal. Orange is hanging. 2013-01-28 22.16.11.jpg. Use something like a putty knife to tuck blanket into thin space above blinds. That's an easy remove job, just pull. My intake is awesome. 1k hps and a 300w LED in a 4x4 tent.

you think you could pull a lb off in that tent with a 1k? Im wondering if its worth setting one of these up in an apartment. It would have to yield at least a pound to be worth it though.

2 oz pet plant with a 3-4 week max veg and no experience. I'd say 1 lb would def be doable. That's my goal next run. Got 1 vegging now with 5 seedlings coming along.
