I think the only way to do this is to find your plumbing vent stack, cut a hole in the wall, attach a Y fitting to the stack so the airflow will go up not down, and size your light appropriately to the diameter of your stack. Even then you may run the slight risk of back-pressure in your stack causing disgusting sewer gasses to bubble up your drains - depends on the setup though. Municipal or septic?

Cooling requirements are independent of plant numbers. 600 watts is 600 watts, 10,000 watts is 10,000 watts, and you can stick 10 or 20 plants under either setup.

rite now its starting in the bathroom of the masterbedroom...then soon im going to expand it to the whole thing

im going to try to install the fan with a charcoal filter and vent it into the toilet...but now im wondering if and how im going to attach it directly to the sewer pipe or just the toilets vent pipe.

vent in the attic
that works too. and ive thought about it, but read somewhere that you must have a vent up there that vents outside or else the attic can condensate..and i dont think i got a vent up there or even an open window. theres no where else in the room thats going to have an opening cuz its all getting sealed up.

there is no where else to vent tho...unless i drill a 4' hole through the wall to the outside, and disguise the hole with a flap? plus doing things high already makes life easier.

no not alot of ppl around. but i do have nosey neighbors. so i can use just a carbon filter and reblow the air out in the same room..but how will that take care of the heat?? ill probably have 4 lights each 1000w or more.

Oh, heat will most certainly be an issue then. You should have a dedicated intake that brings clean air through sealed, air-cooled reflectors, and then out through the bathroom exhaust vent. Then setup a can fan/filter for scrubbing (it will just move air around the room). You'll also probably need an A/C for that much light wattage.

yeah i know my attic will get mold...but i could draw cold air from there instead, and then just exhaust air through toilet (what the-heck why not..it shouldnt be too hot to make it noticeable for irs) what you guys think
