hello,
trying a vertical rockwool grow with 1/4" tube top feeding and draining down the length of the slab..
the grodan site says to water consistently 24/7 when plants are new as they don't have roots to slow the flow of water... it says to then back it off to 15 min on 5 min off...
this all seems like too much to me... ive never grown in rockwool (besides cloning)
but i treat it like soil.. only watering when it starts to dry.. 2-5 days....
anyone have advice on watering schedules? why grodan is giving such advice? or any other tips for vertical rockwool?
