Please help me identify those disgusting creatures!!!!!

If they are obvious and easy to see just brush them off using a soft paintbrush into a container and dispose of them.

I think you may be over reacting a bit. I'm not quite sure what it is but it has the look of a beneficial insect to me, probably feeding on other smaller insects that are on your plant/soil. Looks sorta like a damsel bug actually, in which case there are actually people who pay to have those in their garden
