Hey does anyone know what is causing this? It just recently did this earlier today and the lowest leaves are curling and browning slightly.

I too will say over watering. Are those wood chips in your soil? You might want to check the drainage of the plant.

Yeah, check your holes. lol. no really I just watch mine when I water to see if they are draining as much as I water them. If you're soil retains alot of water it doesn't matter how often (or not often) you water it will still be too moist. Get rid of the wood chips, buy some perlite or building sand (NOT BEACH SAND IT HAS TOO MUCH BUILT UP SALT CONTENT).

Alright well the pots do have holes in the bottom, should some water be coming out from the holes when I water?

I didn't mix the soil with anything, it just came like that. Also about how much water should I give the plant?

346 ml :D ....just kiddin..... you have to see the water comes out from the holes.when you transplant this plant add some perlite or something similar for good drainage.mix 70% soil with 30 % of the other shit

I had a problem with overwatering.. You have to do it way less then you think. Water and then wait for 4 days, that worked for me now.. Get a soil moisture tester if you can't figure out how to tell by poking your finger in there.. Less is usually better, I am a beginner too though.. Just keep an eye on them..

Woodchip or sawdust, if not well rotted, will release toxins into your soil, especially when in a small pot such as the one in your pic. Most timbers contain naturally occurring toxins that inhibit the growth of other plants Further, as it rots, it will rob the potting mix of nitrogen. As the other folks have suggested, add perlite or something to assist the soil to drain better.

Cheers
