I am feeding them With AN Sensibloom A&B
I make 1 gl of RO and add 6ml a & 6ml b
then I add 1ml of Hammerhead and .5ml of DutchMaster Potash Plus.
The P+ brings the pH up from 5.0 to 5.6 and the tds to 560
This gallon will feed two plants for two days with the single application.
In another couple of weeks I will switch to just the Hammerhead at 300pm
I'll run this for a couple of weeks
then I will finish them with just RO
for the last week or so.
Keeping the nutes loads very low gives you sticky buds.
I used to think it was the HID lights that made my buds dry,
but now I am sure it was too high nute loads.
I used to run 1000ppm and my buds were dry and never sticky.
But since I have lowered to under 600 max
and learned to taper off to 000
my buds are awsome, smelly, and sticky.

I like your use of the trash can as a pot. Really, it's a good idea. Its taller and skinnier than most pots, which I like. And it reminds me of when I first started to grow. I didnt feel like going to the store for a 5 gallon bucket, so I grabbed a trash can and wha la!! Instant home for my ladies. Nice job.

Also, Im glad to see you're growing vertically. I might have to post your picture on the "vertical thread" to help inspire other people to go vertical. All reps to you of course ;-)

Later bud - BTF :bigjoint:

I try to rotate each bucket so that the plants get light on all sides evenly.
It would be nice if there was some way
to have each bucket turn slowly
on a carrousel like a micro wave has,
so that the plant would receive light on all side evenly every 24 hours.
Right now I just go up and spin them a 1/4 turn a couple of times a day.

The trash can was available, and works OK.
It is not as efficient as the buckets,
the plant in the trash can is going to yield less than the buckets.
But it works.
You should be able to copy and paste my pictures if you want,
just use the quote button and copy the IMG code and all.
Post a link to this thread if you can.
