Hey Curly! Subbed up (again)! Yeah I've been doing Coco & LED for a while now with excellent results. Coco has long been my favorite growing medium and I think it is suited for LED growing perfectly. Let me know if you have any questions, I have no problem with lending a helping hand if needed. I do straight coco, nothing else mixed in, but I know a lot of guys like to mix in perlite or hydroton something like 30% to 70% coco. It is possible to overwater (and get root rot) with coco so be sure to let it dry up pretty good before re-watering. That's my quick advice for now. Like I said, happy to help or point you to some good coco links. Peace for now, good luck with the grow and new lights (they look legit!)

let's chill out eh guys come on :)

I think you are looking from 300 to 500 w of leds for replacing a 600w HPS. from 300W Top of the notch diodes, you need more and more as the quality decreases....

as a general answer.

no need for bashin guys haha all questions are welcome here no biggy but thanks james , @budman , well it really does depend on what kind of led panel you are using but its a safe bet that even the cheaper end of things can match hps watt for watt , if you get the good stuff ie cree or orasm or whatever they are called you can get away with less. just dont let the companies fool you by saying 100w of led will match 400whps
