Par/w is 1.8ish, any of the current led sponsored advertisers would offer 2-2.5 par/w. Not great, but not awfull neither.
Hard to see how they would measure up against HLG/qbs.
Generally speaking its old tech, like at least 1 generation, likely to lose diodes soon.

That kinda tells the whole story. If they were worth anything than why sell them at less than 10th of retail price. Stay away.
Your best bet by far is using some of the sponsored advertisers.

All of these use top quality components and have good service, they are on the forum so they always look out for theyre clients here, or else theyll get ripped to pieces.
There really isnt that much great stuff out there, buy cheap buy twice.
