Vote yes on prop 19

Hello everyone,

Everyone knows about prop 19 going on in california. So people what are we waiting for, this is not a clear shot but it is a foot in the door. This should also encourage young first time voters to get out there and VOTE! Cant wait to see the outcome of this.

:weed:

The fact that this is even on the ballot is a victory in itself, though I would like to see what happens if it passes. I am hoping fo oyu guys on there to make it right and pass it and lead the way.

I voted yes (mail in ballot).

However, my reasons for voting yes isn't what most think.
I want the mj issue as a class 1 drug to be a slap in the face to our Federal government. We need to get this out on the table.

Here's my beef though.

I have NOT WITNESSED ONE.SINGLE.AD. that addresses the real issue. Not one.

All I have seen is one, STUPID FUCKING AD with Snoop dog....smoking a joint....then saying something like "you know how I regard this issue...HIGHLY".

You butt-fucked moron.

Why can't the proponants of this measure come up with any ONE of the dozens of intelligent reasons for passing this? Like, we could FINALLY grow hemp here in this country? Hemp could replace all sorts of products that we currently use wood pulp for. You can make clothing, paper, skin-loving oil....WITHOUT having to order overseas/out of the country. Tree-huggers everywhere should be shouting this from the rooftops....BUT NOOOOOOO...all we get is Snoop's ugly-shit-eating grin on TV, showing kids that you too, can look like some anorexic smart-ass.
Drives me crazy.

Yeah, the naysayers will drive you crazy with their endless drivel.

If Prop 19 passes, it will be HUGE for the people in the entire world. The big picture is difficult to grasp.

I voted YES.

we in Wa state r watching the results also. we narrowly missed collecting enouf signatures to put a ballot up for the voters in this state, that would completely legalize here too.

As an outsider (not a resident of U.S.A) i cant agree more with this. Many people all over the world cross their fingers that prop 19 will pass as, lets face it, if mj becomes legal in california and perhaps later in all states , the world will soon follow.

In the words of our late friend Jack, "cannabis will save the world".

Regardless of your opinion, it doesnt matter if you dont vote.

If this passes, and the feds carry through on their promise, MMJ patients and providers could be rightly fucked. Remember when, after Obama was elected, the Federal Government said it would stay out of the states business as far as MMJ was concerned? Well, that all goes out the window.
