Hey everyone,
Got some batteries today so I have some pics!!! :) The first ones I will post are a couple pics of one of my bagseed plants. I had a question, so will post them by themselves, in hopes of getting an answer. Anyway this plant the top bud looks done. No more hairs growing, all the white hairs, have died and shrivled up in to the bud. But the rest of the plant still has lots of white hairs, but still looks close to done. SO my question is when should I harvest? Also Should I do harvest the top first and let the rest go longer? I just don't want to let the main cola go too long. So please look at pics and let me know. THanks!! :) Going to go eat, then I will be back to post more pics of the rest! :)

1st pic is the top bud, and the other 2 are of lower buds!!!!

Here is the rest of the pics.......most of these if not all the pics are of the millennium. Please tell me what you think. The millennium with the big buds on top are about 2 feet tall so you have an idea of size. I also took more clones today, so I have about 25 clones going total. :) Also if anyone has an answer to the question above about the bagseed plant I would love an answer. :) Thanks

Nice looking plants - the buds are filling out nicely - it looks like you have some time left to go but when in doubt about harvest, drying and curing - these are the links i consult:

The cam is shitty too, only 2.0 mega pixels and won't focus for close ups. They look way better in person, without the cam fucking them up. LOL. Anyway thanks email for the links and comments. I am checking those links NOW!! :) Thanks again!

Ok, I checked the links, and now I stil have the question email and everyone else....I have one bagseed plant, and the top is totally done, even by comparing to the links you showed me email, but the bottom of the plant is not? What do I do? Just take off the top cola, or let it go longer, or just take the whole plant down?

Thanks! Just wasn't sure what most people do. I learned from a couple older guys then I, and they always harvest whole plant at the same time. Now that I have this site, I am trying to learn what others do! Thanks again!

yo dude looking good, shame bout the camera. Im also in that place where on one of my plants it looks ready for harvest but its more the lower buds that r ready, the top cola is still a bit unready lol. Bet ya having fun harvesting but i wouldnt do it all in one go i think that would stress the plant and make the rest thats not ready slow down. Just and idea what do you think?

Last night I went ahead and chopped the top off the bagseed plant. I will let the bottom go another 2-3 days. As far as the millennium, I will see how those look today when lights come on. Thanks for stopping! :)

I will take plenty of pics!!! :) Yours looked soooo good! What is your drying curing process going to be? I should be able to harvest something today, just not sure if the millennium is going to be ready! :) I hope so, I am dying to try it. Let me know how yours taste and smokes when you get it dry enough to try!

First off I must say that they are looking very plump and tasty.
As for the camera issue, look for a button with a symbol that looks like a tulip or flower symbol. That is what you use for close-up pics.
I hope this helps.:peace:

GROWUROWN I feel like I should be jealous of how well everything's going for you but your grow journal is such a pleasure to read and look at because of your own enthusiasm, utter lack of defensiveness and willingness to thank and acknowledge all input, that envy is impossible. It sounds like you have even bigger plans for grows in the future and I hope you stick around RIU to share.

I am starting to get all excited myself as I am going to flower my own five-week-old plants soon and the biggest thing I've really taken on board from your success is the benefit of keeping the grow area clean and sanitary which is something I think many people underestimate the benefit of. I had not really cleaned my grow area properly since the start and when I took out all the plants it was not great to see all the spilt soil and marks from dried and dirty water I'd been unaware of. I think that I am kind of the opposite of you in that I devote more attention to cleaning the other areas of my house and had a kind of mentality that seeing as soil was involved in my grow and was dirty anyway, there wasn't any point in doing a lot of cleaning. I have found indoor growing a lot harder than I expected and have made a lot of fatal mistakes along the way. I found this really discouraging and initially, whenever I would go to look at plants I would alway be apprehensive, anticipating I might open the door to find some new disaster. Since being inspired to tidy everything up and maintain this, my confidence level has steadily increased as well as the added benefits of reducing funky smells and the satisfaction of looking in to see everything looking nice.

I think some people post pics of their grows in order to show off and I do understand that desire to want positive feedback. In contrast however, I think the most appealing thing I have found about your particular grow is that you have let your results speak for themselves and if the whole concept of karma is real, you deserve all your success as you have shared it and passed it on.

Celestial thanks so much for your kind words! I hope you have great success yourself! Sorry to everyone, that I have not been on that much lately. Been in a bit of a funk trying to figure out whats best to do. I harvested my plants, and the smoke is killer! I was not happy with the yield. :( Anyway I had only 5 plants of the millennium, and I got about 58 grams, so just over 2 ounces. I guess that is not too bad, but I was hoping for bigger buds! Now, I still have a bunch going, but am worried that the way I am going right now I won't be able to keep my self stocked with free bud! :( Which sucks! Anyone have any ideas what I can do to make my yield better? I am thinking about switching to HPS from MH, I am guessing that is going to boost my yield by a bunch. What are others thoughts? :) Thanks again!

Hello, I am here!! Just been very busy, and like I said just stressed about the yield and how to get more!! I can't afford to buy it anymore, and smoke many times a day, so I need to fix this problem. LOL.....When I buy it, My wife and I go through about an 1/8th a day or more. So gets very spendy!!! I still have 2 bagseed plants going that should be done any day now, for some reason they are going for ever. I also have about 25 plants flowering that should start to finish up around end of MAY! So I might be OK, but its cutting it way too close! So after much thought, I think what I am going to try is the HB sytem that AZ talks about in his thread! I put one clone in my cup last night with nothing but perlite, and am going to give that system a try!!! Hey malachi, where did you come up with that name? I saw on Scooby Doo the other day, they kept saying your name and were talking about a Mexican Wrestler. LOL. So thought I would ask!! How you been?

Hempy Bucket!! Look it up on here, AZ has a good thread going about it. Anyone, where did you come up with your name? Malachi? I am excited about the HB, and hope it will help my yield! I also am going to buy a HPS bulb as soon as I have the money, I need the conversion bulb so it is spendy!
