Warehouse Hunting in the Bay Area

Does anyone with experience know how to approach this? I know that a ton of the warehouses in Oakland/ East Bay are used for grows, but are all the landlords aware and cool with it or what? I wouldnt want to rent a place without the landlord knowing what was up, but dont really know the etiquette on how to bring it up when looking. It looks like some of the ads on Craigslist specifically say no 420/215, but some of them seem to tacitly attract growers by saying how a space is multi use with plenty of amps of electricity. This is obviously assuming you have your certs in order and deposit/rent/credit is solid.

Any info would be appreciated.

In socal there are rental property specialist that specialize in grow areas and dispensaries may wanna look for that type of person maybe...
