Progressive is used to describe social democrats, who want a regulated market economy featuring private corporate ownership.

Your attempt to contort my statement is feeble at best, and I'd expect more from you. It's also a straw man argument, and your attempt to discredit my statement that Bush was neither progressive, or a supporter of peace and freedom, is frankly laughable.
