washing hydroton

Okay....I have a 5 gallon bucket holding 10L of used hydroton and I would like to use it again. I have heard that using AN Sensizym is an excellent way to do this, as it turns dead matter into future food sources for my babies. What i want to know, is how much Sensizym should I use for 10L of clay rock, and if there is another way to prepare it for re-use.
Money is not really an issue, because I am now running 5 tables that I change out my 25 gal reservoirs on every weeek, so I spend like 750 a month on nutes anyway!!! Oh well, that is why I work 60 hours a week...LOL.

well you really can just rinse the hydrotron and use h2O2 to get rid of bacteria etc.

I dont use sensizym in my AN line so I woulnt know .

yeah i just rinse em with water then do a light bleach/water rinse then another water rinse or two. that will kill everything and you can just give em their normal nutes as food then you have mroe control of their food intake since you dont really have a way of knowing how much is left behind for them to take up the second time around
