Wat method of growing yields more?

What do you think will yield more asumming they take in the same strain, nutes lights and soil. First method is vegging 4 plants for a month and flower. Second method is growing 14 plants pinched and bent method simular to super cropping and vegging for 5 days than flower. What will be the bigger yielder?

If you grow it right it will yield good. Its all about when you throw it into flowering.
