i have an idea that i might use for next years outdoor patch. i was thinking if i sit the crystals in a bucket of water that has had the nuets already added to it. will the crystals absorb nuets and feed to plants?
when it comes to planting i was thinking instead of mixing with soil i was thinking ill put in and cover bottom of hole about 1 inch thick to act as a resevouir for them.
whats your thoughts is it good or shit idea? any input appreciated

Sounds like a feasible plan, but I have no experience with water crystals or water crystals with nutes so I dunno.

Sounds like it would work. Roots would hit the reservoir at the bottom and have reserves of nutes and water.

What crystals? NVM. Sounds like it would be more trouble than it's worth. I would just bury some dead fish or something like that.

water crystals with some nutes is a good idea if you are a guerrilla grower.
in my late teens we used the same method so if we could not get to water it would draw of the crystals.
so yes it will work and it will help but only if you use it as a back up reservoir you will still have to water frequently ....:-)

wanna wish for plenty of rain water..{dont know how much you get) but even with crystals they will need watering every week, unless you don't care what you yield.
then once a month may do.....:-)
