Water Dropplets on Leaves -- Going Crazy?!? (pics)

Ok, the last few days I've been noticing drops of water on the leaves of the plants when the lights come on... I've been researching it, but, no luck... what's the phenomenon called?

Its your dog peeing on your plants..lol.. j/k but I have seen the same thing in flower when my temps are to high. I believe it how the plant works.. Its like a self defense mech.. I can say most likely that its bring up the water that your feeding it.. try floiar feeding
