Water PH

The bottled water I have says that the PH is at 7.5. I did a test on it and it looks to be at or around 7.2.

What is the desired PH you guys shoot for? Should it be neutral or slightly more acidic, like around 6.8 or so? I'm thinking if I add some PH down to it, it might drop more then desired.

That ph is ok. Its close enough.
