IMO- Zero PPM water. then you know whats in your water, nothing.
As for nutrient solution PPM. If your in soil I wouldn't worry about PPM. As long as you follow your feeding schedule by the ml. you should be good to go.
If your doing hydro, than yes PPM level are critical.
You could snag a feeding schedule from a nutrient line like Fox-Farm or some other. it should get you in the ball park with nutrient ppm levels, but you really need to look at your plant and see what she needs if your using some off the shelf nutrients.

Those levels are high if you grow in coco.
I am two weeks away and am feeding at 400 ppm. Starting today I will be feeding at about 300 ppm.

In coco check your ppm before feeding then check the runoff. If the runoff is higher, then you are feeding too much.
