My crimea blue are really young i need to keep them small for 250 hps.I dont know weather to LST them.If so im afraid to spoil them if i make a mistake ive had it!.Maybee i should just waite and see.

How long do you keep it on for?

I have mine on for 15 minutes/every hour/24/7... my lights are 18/6 as well (400 watt HPS)
