Watering everyday Is that even a thing? And Og kush flowering time?

So ive seen some people talk about how at a certain point in flower the plants will be so thirsty they have to water every day. Im in 3 gallon pots and coming up on week 8 of flower. My orange crush plants are looking about done and I still only have to water every 4 days.
Also I have some og kush coming up on week 8 but should i flower it 10 weeks? Orange crush looks about done but of kush looks like it could still go a couple weeks in that case should i feed again mow and then begin 2 week flush or continue flush that was begun in week 6? Attached are pics of the og kush.

That depends on the size of the pot and the plant. On the extreme end, if you had a 2 foot tall plant in a 10 gallon pot, you'd water maybe weekly. OTOH if you had a 5 ft tall tree in a 2 gallon pot, you'd have to water 2-3 time a day. With experience you get know your pot size to plant size to watering requirments ratios.

Neither of those plants look ready to me. 2-3 weeks at least IMHO. 10 weeks is a "fast plant." I find 11+ weeks is pretty common.

You got to get a10 times magnifying glass and look into the trichomes when they turn amber from cloudy they are at ripest point. You probably already know this info but from the looks of things they are amazing

And don’t go off anyone’s schedule but your own. I got caught up in going off everyone else’s schedule I ruined my whole grow (root rot) . Do you and what best fits your grow

Snoopydoo thanks bro I was thinking the same thing its the same plant but they're all about that far along my orange crush look like they're finishing up but thw og kush still have a while. Its really odd because they dont really smell that much so I feel like i fucked something up. The orsnge crush do but I guess not as strong as I assumed they would.

Shit in my case that’s a good thing lol! One of my favorite growers B.O.G (R.I.P) got this strain with no smell, but crazy high! So maybe it’s the strain? If so could you let me know what strain and pheno it is?

Thanks man and yeah I got a jewelers loop im just not sure if I should feed again and then start flush or keep flushing till harvest. Ppm run off is between 400-700.
I have a strain that says flowering time is around 55 days but idk if I should push it another week or two trichomes look pretty white only a couple amber on the leaves which ive heard isnt what I'm looking for

my last grow didnt really smell either until after the cure dont let smell worry you unless it smells like hay or amonia

Well I found the seeds in a half ounce at a dispensary which explains why they hermied but like I said those smell pretty good not crazy strong but reasonable. Then I got og kush seeds from the uk. If I if I can mention where here? One of them smells pretty sweet and pungent but the others almost nothing. I was told the room would stink with the tent open but I cant smell it at all from like 2 feet away. And they seem too look good so I don't get it. Its kind of sad tbh.

Right, you said it best what YOUR looking for. Everyone has a different preference and I’m sure you know that one or two extra days changes the dynamic of the bud. As far as if you pluck early your tweaking and too late your couch locked lol

Awesome and I heard its normal for it to smell like hay before the cure and after its dry does that mean the dry didn't go well?

You know they are getting away with selling “hay” out here legally at the dispensary. Terrapin is the company they suck

well you still have a week or 2 before you cut the trick is the drying process I go with a longer dry at about 60 degrees and 63%rh for 8 to ten days in the dark and thats with a wet trim then a cure of 30 days minmum for all the best tops and colas

In the day of chop plants have to smell like a weed, if it smells like a hay than you have chopped too early. Every day the smell should getting more weedish dank not hayish or amonium, thats even the worst. If it smelt great in day when you have chopped and it is getting worse each day after than you are doing something bad with drying. If you chop rippen plant and drying good all you smell is weed dank nothing else...

I think the biggest factor in how much you water is the medium you grow in.
If you’re using mostly perlite you have to water heavy. I friend of mine prefers quick-drainage/frequent-watering mediums because he can feed a little nutes every time for more yield, without burning or suffocating the plants or it’s roots with one big soak.
