Watering help

For watering the 4 i have in flower, I am using 2 GPH flag drippers. I have them start at light on for 30 minutes and then shut off for 60 and then back on 30, off 60 until light out 12 hours later. Is this the best way? I received the girls in rockwool cubes and then placed them in the large netcups with some hydroton to fill in the gaps.

Nutrients are General Hydroponics, floragro, florabloom, and floramicro, 2 tsp/gallon I think it was. Anything else I should add to the mix?? (today marks day 7 of flowering)

i also have 2 in veg that i started from seed in dirt and i plan to switch them over to netcups withhydroton, what kind of watering schedule should i run with? i have my t5's on 24/7.

I do have some little gnat flies so I will put down sticky traps somewhere. I also saw a little bug crawling around on one of them so I sprayed a bunch of neem and all of them. I see little tiny spider webs on that plant in a couple spots but the other plants look fine.

Thanks.

i do their flora recirculating series and my mix in a 55 gallon drum for 6 days feeding is 24 gal ratios. On their schedule it lists how much per gallon and 24 is perfect.

Forgot to mention I;m just using blue totes and only putting about 3.5 gallons of water in them and just using 2 gph flag drippers and drip water...

Was just wondering if I need to add like great white for the roots or I saw things like calmag, do you guys add extra stuff like that??
