Watering many plants in a somewhat small area

Rooky question. I have a room half filled with equipment half filled with ten plants which are close, space is tight. It is hard to water the plants properly since they're so bushy I can't see and I end up leaning on one or tripping. What do most people do to water large soil crops,?

We account for it when we are setting up.
Maybe 10 is too much.

Right now I'm doing a very tight scrog
It sucks watering but it's worth it.
