Watering plants with juicy drops???

I always wondered, when a friend of mine used bought juicy drops you can put in your bong water or right on your pot, i wondered what would happen if i watered a plant with those in the water, if the plant would end up tasting a bit like it. so i am starting this thread to find out if it has been done. and if not, then i'll try it. i don't think that it would hurt them, just curious to see if they change the flavour of the bud itself from within. I never liked using them right on my bud before smoking it.

It's not going to work... You don't get how roots work I take it. They don't absorb smell. They take in molecules of nutrients. So basically what will happen is the roots will just take in what it can out of the water and the "drops". But no taste or smell will be transferred to the buds. Just get some seed and/or clones that have the genetics to produce the bud you are seeking.

you could put it on a cottonball while curing. that might do something. Or get an oil to flavor it (i.e. Mint Extract, or orange oil is always nice)

i thought about that aswell. I'm still wondering if anyone has actually tried it, instead of jsut telling me that its not gonna work.

I've never tried because I know it wouldn't work. If you'd like to try, please feel free and don't let me discourage you.

I can't imagine it working, but try it if your keen. I have heard that products like bud candy by advanced nutrients make your buds sweet. Might be up your alley.

I don't get it...why bother even trying? The whole point is to just drip it on your buds. Why not just use it as intended? Or just spray all your buds with it after harvesting or something.

I've heard some stories of people pissing in the pots of their plants. If what you are trying to do is true then I surely wouldn't want to try that weed.

Maybe if you planted a dollar bill along side the plant it would bud out 50 dollar bills? Im just kidding man. Honestly I really dont think it will work and i've heard people "claim" that putting additives in the water to improve the taste of the buds. But nothing near what you have described.

molasses is all u need for a sugary carbo blast to build up starch content and thus ," sweeten " the bud
