Watering question during (12/12 stage)

First time grower here and I have a noob question.

When watering during the 12/12 flowering stage is it best to water during lights on or off?

That makes sense.
Does it matter if I do it at the begining of the lights on cycle or towards the end?

i water when i first check the plant in the morning... but if i go back and check and it looks like it needs a drink ill water then... make sure you flush the soil good.. (water begins to come through the bottom...) A good way to tell if it needs water is put your finger in the soil and if it is dry two or three inches down then its ready to be watered. make sure you flush the soil when your water to avoid nutrient lock up...
