watering

alright this is my first grow and last night i put my seeds in 16 ounce cups. before that i thoroughly watered the soil if it helps im using htg's ocean forest soil. how long before i water it again

When they get dry

It all depends on your lighting system ect. but long and short lift up the cups if the soild looks dry and the cup feels light it is time to water. After the fist couple times you will get a schedule down on your own to use going forward. remember this is a weed and needs to be treated as such. overwatering is not good for this plant.
