In a cfl grow how can you determine the "power" or the set up. How does one measure the wattage and kelvins?

if you look closely at the package the bulb came in, it will tell you the actual wattage of the bulb.. cfls are kinda tricky for this reason.. they say in all big letters 150 watts or wattever, and when you read closer it says 150 watt equivelant and it will than tell you the actual wattage which should be like 46 watts or something like that..
same for the kelvin rating.. it should tell you somewhere on the package as well.. sometimes the kelvin ratings are kinda hard to find and you really need to hunt the package to find it.. it will be a number like 2700k or something like that.. you want the 2700k for flowering and the 6500k for veg..
not sure if this is exactly what you were asking, but if not i will try and help you out the best i can..
