watts watts watts!!!!!!

i was told that i would need roughly 100 watts of cfl for my 3-4ft mother in a 4sq ft area. now is that actual cfl wattage, or equivalent incandescent wattage. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!

no that is like 4-pac 23w fluorescent 6500k "daylight" spectrum bulbs. This is how they're usually sold anyways, pick up a few splitters or a lamp socket plug and power strip and make a little light contraption.

or get full spectrum T5s or T5HO if you're feeling spendy.
