I have been working on this for a while now so thought I would start a thread and see what's going on.
IMHO this is the future for so many reasons and deserves some time and effort...
1. SMELL. vaped oil has a minor background smell which you need to be next to the toker pretty much to smell it then it vanishes with the vapor. I have sat in a pub smoking it and nobody noticed. My missus moans like a bitch when I smoke a J in the garden because drifts back into the house and stinks the house up. With a vape pen I can be in the same room with her and the mother in law, nobody knows.
If your carrying in ya car, no smell of weed at all.
2. DOSING. Roll a J and smoke it. How much actually gets into your lungs? I would say 40% if your lucky. With a pen, 100% of your shit goes into your lungs. Zero waste.
When you roll a J, more often than not you smoke it all (well i do) and end up chonged, which is great if that's how you want to be but not good if you have something to do or someone to see. A few wacks on the e-pen and ya got a nice little background buzz totally at your control, take as much or as little as you want.
Pain relief. For those that use it for pain, instant dosing, no rolling up, no messing about.
3. HEALTH. No tobacco, no poisons..... based on todays research into vaping. Great for none smokers. I started on the pen 6 weeks ago, not smoked a real cig since..... been stoned permanently for last 6 weeks but hey ho, I aint complaining.
Goona stop there, don't want to write a novel.
Mixing oils to make e-pen juices is not easy, I have kinda got there but it's not the finished product, there are still issues.
