Weird bending leaves

I gave her a heavy watering yesterday morning and a few hours after the leaves have been looking like this since all weird and bending up and down, what does this mean? Pot is 5gal with drain holes.

She's just bending her leaves to get the light. =) Looks healthy otherwise.....don't let those floros touch the leaves cause they do burn.

Ya thanks I have let the tips of a couple leaves get burnt already from the bulbs, so I watch it alot more now.
Today some leaves look like this, like the opposite each leaf is experiencing. It does look like a few leaves straightened out. I think Im just worried because Ive seen leaves curl like that and not turn back. I thought after watering it the other day and misting off the sink water on the leaves so it doesnt leave any calcium residue with some distilled water, and I let it sit in the sink a bit and shook off the leaves from water and let it sit a few minutes before i set it into the sun, I thought I might have burnt the leaves, but they dont feel hard.
I dont think its normal for the leaves to bend curve and cup like that, right?

Its winter outside lol. Very cold.

I think they got a bit burnt when i put them in the sun. I'll just make sure the leaves are not wet before i do that.

Those are happy perky leaves, you should try to keep them like that.
