Weird body buzz? No drugs.. Just occured...

Ok, for this weird reason I got this body buzz. Like the day after I smoke weed I have shortness of breath, but I've never experienced a body buzz quite like this. My whole body is numb, and its vibrating- almost like having a high buzz but without the other effects.
Note.. I'm taking Adderall 20mg XR daily, and I have ADHD.

Adderall is a stimulant. It is an amphetamine. You may be having a reaction to it. You might want to call your Dr., especially if you are prone to high blood pressure. Be safe and call your doctor. Prescribed meds are not to be fucked with.

I don't abuse them, I take them in the morning, but I'll call him tomorrow and see what he thinks.

I am sorry, I am not insinuating that you abuse them....not at all. I guess I said it wrong. Prescribed meds, even taken as directed, can fuck you up. Especially when you are taking something like Adderall. Just don't take any chances, that stuff can kill you even if your taking it as prescribed.
Your doc may need to alter your dosage. Good luck.
