where i come from i can't find all the fancy mediums that you have there in europe or states,
its a compost for house plants, but i noticed a problem in it, it retains water for so long and never dries out , but still i feel i have to give it water every 4 days

Looks like manganese. Never seen one before really but from this chart and how its only effecting the newer growth I think it might be. Never had to get rid of it but I read on the interweb to check ph and see if your over 6.5 and lower it a bit if you are. And add millorganite houorganite(organic) or manganese sulfate (inorganic). Check for yo self.

Either manganese or phosphorous...

in my opinion your ph is off. throw some lime on your soil and see if that works. always keep it handy for the future it will solve your ph problem,and your soil drying problem. i used compost last year and noticed that the ph was always unstable. also some nutrients would help a lot but be careful.

Long story short: Your plant needs a larger pot with more nutritious soil. teh roots have reached everywhere in the pot that they can go and noor more room to grow....
