Weird Damage/pic (not spider mites) Tiny "white" eggs only seen at 60x Help plz!

So I have this strange damage,, i finally cut the leaf off and look under my 60-100x... Damage looks like cancer on top leaf, but underneath I saw tiny white eggs scattered about... They are not spider mite eggs, these cant be seen at all by the naked eye, not even a glimmer like spidermites , These are way smaller...and really white... I cant find any living insects.. I did install a hot shot pest strip several days ago.... Help Thx..

looks like a fungal issue. Add (50% str) h202 to your next couple of waterings at rate of 1ml/50ml . leave it at 2 waterings as this stuff kills bact but also kills micro-org.

Thats what I was thinking till I saw the white "eggs" if they are eggs? They may be spores?
