were do you get your hawaiian baby woodrose seeds?

I am starting to get really pissed. I ordered hawaiian baby woodrose seeds from two different places now and on both occasions they did not do shit to me. I even tried doing 30 seeds and still I did not feel any effects. Does anyone know were to get them online were they actually work?
