From the looks of those leaves your infested...Yes thrip for sure, hopefully that's it. Personally, being so bad I would first start by removing as much affected leaf as you can, manually removing can get rid of a huge amount of the next batch of eggs. Once that is done you then need to do a complete bug bomb of your entire room. With that done you can wait a day then hit them with neem. On the days you don't spray manually remove whatever you can see. The next day hit them again with another product and repeat the cycle. Doing this every couple of days and manually removing the little buggers in between, you should see a huge difference in a 10 day period. If they are still not under control by then another bug bomb is in order and start the cycle over till you win. Watch your pesticides closer to harvest...JAS
