My 2 plants have about 5 weeks left and just noticed these little pests. What are they and should neem oil work? I've sprayed them 3 times so far everyother day.

neem oil works for about every bug. I actually use olive oil . because I hate spending 35 fucking dollars on that 1/4 gallon of neem and neem stinks up the house terrible smelling. the old lady will bitch ! lol olive oil completely wiped out spyder mites and neem did not ? idk Im just glad they are all dead . I used 2 teaspoons per gallon shaked it up very often in my sprayer

From the looks of those leaves your infested...Yes thrip for sure, hopefully that's it. Personally, being so bad I would first start by removing as much affected leaf as you can, manually removing can get rid of a huge amount of the next batch of eggs. Once that is done you then need to do a complete bug bomb of your entire room. With that done you can wait a day then hit them with neem. On the days you don't spray manually remove whatever you can see. The next day hit them again with another product and repeat the cycle. Doing this every couple of days and manually removing the little buggers in between, you should see a huge difference in a 10 day period. If they are still not under control by then another bug bomb is in order and start the cycle over till you win. Watch your pesticides closer to harvest...JAS

Yea it's been a few weeks but want bad till about a week and a half ago. Seems like the neem killed the majority of them. I will see tonight how the FF worked, if I bug the room the plants will be okay then? I actually found my encounter with spider mites easier to take care of than these little shits. Also I'm not seeing any on the buds themselves but just the fan leaves
