What are you guys using as a heat source?

I am thinking of purchasing a nuwave cooktop so I can keep better control over my temps. The griddle I have is the cheapest one out by a brand called rival and the lowest setting is 150. Problem is, it keeps turning off and then back on trying to maintain that temp, but it ends up fluctuating without fail and i think my temps are too high. The nuwave or something similar would allow me to better control temps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and best regards.

There's gotta be a pie plate or something big enough. All I could find was 9 and a half inches and the vac it pro is ten inches in diameter...

yo yo. my vac it pro fits in a 10 inch ish diameter hot plate, (with the sides that raise higher than the big pancake griddle hot plate)

my vac it pro does NOT fit all the way flush on to the bottom.. SO, i use reptile sand(for even heat distribution) to raise my chamber high enough to fit in most o the griddle.

basically.. YOU need to work with what YOU can accumulate to get heat temps ranging from 90-140 perfectly across the bottom surface of your vac chamber, at your control..

be creative.
