Cannazon can be a pain to get into, but it's well worth it.
Hey MB :-) Why would a Seed Bank ( If that is what Cannazon is ) be a pain to get into? As far as Attitude goes, they were on average as far as prices that I have seen in various mags, and outside of the "Groovy" T-Shirt (Now going to get the mug ... Thanks Tet !), my package showed up in a very timely manner. Can you please share more concerning Cannazon .... Thanks MB :-)

Pretty sure you have to have an account with them to order seeds...from what I remember there is quite a wait from the time you make an account to acceptance/activation. Could have sped up as its been a couple years since I did it. Would be curious to know

Here is what is happening so far in 2013 in the MaineYankee Lab ......GEDC3733_edited-1.jpgGEDC3739.jpgGEDC3749.jpgGEDC3750.jpgGEDC3751.jpg First Pic shows an 8- Head Manifold (NugBuckets term) Vortex into the Flowering Chamber (12/12) on January 13th. This has been vegging for a total of 55 days (which is normal for my style of vegging). Pic #2 Purchased (2) Gigabuds and placed them in wet paper towels as I was celebrating the beginning of 2013. Pic #3 & 4 Taken on 1/5/13. Pic #5 Gigabuds on 1/12/13.

Good Morning! Here are the latest pics (1/18/13) of my (2) Gigabud's from seed. GEDC3752_edited-1-1.jpgGEDC3754_edited-1-1.jpg The Question that I have; Is why one is doing better than the other as far as appearance, and the amount of growth? Both are under identical settings, but yet ( Gigabud #1 ) seems to be doing a lot better than her counterpart. This is the first time from seed for me. As always, thanks in advance for the insight.

I am far from expert but I would guess simply genetics. No obvious stress, so both are doing what they are supposed to. Just like you get different phenotypes from the same strain of seed, some are stronger and some are weaker. I'd bet they look pretty similar in a month or so.

Thanks Tet .... I thought perhaps maybe one was a Yankee fan and the other a Sox fan there for a minute ! :-) Makes sense, and I bet they will catch up with each other as stated. Here is another question ... I am thinking very seriously about redoing my veg chamber (Cabinet). I have seen some cabs that have the lights mounted on top of the cabinet, and only allowing the light through the top cutout of plywood. Instead of raising or lowering the light from inside, they simply raise the potted plant inside. All fans and ducting were located on the outside of the cabinet. This idea prompts me to think that this would allow more "free space" inside the cabinet, since most of the gear is placed on the outside. I am looking at 8 feet in total length, with (3) separate chambers. One using a 250 watt MH unit (Would have to purchase), one using a current 150 Watt unit that I have, and the other a 2 foot florescent for cloning. Thanks as always :-)

That one plant looks, smells and tastes awesome HA ....:-) Sounds like you are going to be very busy in 2013, especially with that One on One Ratio. Best of luck to you in 2013 and beyond, and thanks for the post :-)

You might get a 1:1 THC to CBN ratio out of that 50% amber plant... Amber trichomes are full of CBN, which is essentially stale THC (technically, THC degrades in CBN with time). I think you might be meaning CBD (which is highly active medically) when you say CBN (which is not medically active and counteracts THC).

Sometimes I like to let plants go a little long, if I have the space in the garden. Also, I am lazy. Or maybe that is couch lock.

This Sour D plant needs to come down soon. The tips of some buds look insane.

Got my first batch of seeds from the tude. Starting with reg. hashberry, blue dream, and chocolope...also got a critical jack lowryder. Got a few other strains also, but starting with these. Might breed some. Built my first hydro bubble cloner, gonna put that to work in a month or so. Also thinking about delving more into the world of extracts. Just got my med card this year and its been a long time coming, so im gonna be busy! Haha. Cheers!

I am thinking that on my next order (soon), Chocolope will be number one on the list. The only drawback that I have read, is that it is kind of hard to grow. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. :-)

I've had chocolope from the Portland dispensary (I didn't buy it) and it was good.
Chocolope regs have a great reputation among growers. Chocolope fems do not. Unfortunately, DNA seems to have no interest in producing any of the Chocolope regs anymore - i'd guess one of the breeding parents was lost, given the disparity between the regs and the fems.
