No, I did not get them from a cow pasture.

They came from a wet, wooded forested area. Many were found growing from old wood tree limbs.

if you give them a little squeez and the bruse bluish purpleish brown they are good to trip out...i think they are trippin shooms pry picked em out of a lawn or the woods im guessing. shrooms ether grow on shit or rotting wood FYI. if you gana save em then set then on cardboard on top of a dryer thats running or your refridgerator or they will turn into a blackish nasty soup that is nearly unedable.. www.shromery.org is a super refernce site for boomers good luck with those.

yeah dont eat them... yet ;)
Do you have a field guide for mushrooms?

If they bruise blue, they COULD be psychedelic.
Take a spore print of them then post a picture of that, that could help us ID it.

EDIT: also if you can take an up-close shot of the gills?
I personally love mushroom hunting, not even for psychedelic ones.
And I also love looking at wild mushroom pictures :)

Im planning on going hunting in a little bit.

edit: but they definitely DO NOT look psychedelic. to me.

They don't look psychedelic to me either but I could be wrong. Don't ever eat anything like that unless you know for SURE because it could be the last thing you ever eat...

I had some of these bad boys growing on my farm when I lived in Lexington, Kentucky every year. psilocybe-semilanceata-liberty-caps-in-whales-uk.jpg

They were cubes, and I was pretty sure they were cubes when I first saw them but I researched for over 2 months before eating them. And they were cubes alright haha. Shit, I miss Lexington and my farm. Last time I went shroom hunting for cubes on my farm, it only took me 20 mins to gather nearly 2 lbs, DRIED.

There very well could be some psychedelic ones in there though.
The only way to find out is if the OP comes back and posts more pictures so we can ID it for him :p

hope he didnt eat any yet...
That would be bad. The first time I ate the Cubes I found I wasn't sure and then I realized that when I was freakin out so much, that I was tripping. So I was like, oh, nevermind. And then the trip was great after that because I knew I wasn't going to die.

But then after that I was like, oh shit. What am I supposed to do with 2 pounds of shrooms and there's still 10 acres more to collect from? That turned out to be the best problem I ever had.

I remember a kid that ate random mushrooms that were growing in the grass. Long story short, he ended up in the hospital and is fine now. :)

2fast92 those kind of look like liberty caps.
Edit: I mean they ARE liberty caps lmao :p
