What caused this leaf damage?

This yellowing and speckling is only on this leaf and its opposite on the other side. above and below are green and healthy.

i know the tip bottom right is burnt from touching the light, but the leaf on the opposite side has not been near the light. any ideas why these leaves are having problems?

1st, You'r giving it waaaaay too much nitrogen.
And the spots... manganese def? What is your soil ph?

Well to make a reasonable/informed decision on what is wrong we will have to know what soil and nutrients you are using.

To me it looks like you're overfeeding them.

The other leaves look quite dark green in comparison i.e They should be lighter in colour.

Too much nitrogen will potentially also lead to shortages in P and K (P and K get locked up in salts and can't be used), which both also lead to purple/red leaves and stems. Which backs up part of that first theory, as that is what I first thought when I saw your plant.

I think it's that, rather than manganese def, but I'd recommend you decide for yourself who's advice to take. I'm no expert, just giving you my opinion...

Perhaps a flush first? All depends on your medium etc...

Thanks guys, i think the consensus is too much feeding.

this is a first grow, as you prob guessed. im growing in basic store bought soil with basic store bought nutes. this grow is all about learning, so i appreciate your advice. thanks!
