Did you touch the root with anything but sterilized tweezers after it sprouted?...Looks like root damage or nute burn if you are feeding...

More info.............

Since it's pre-fert soil, u maybe overwatered it as a seedling to cause some burn.

That seems like a helluva lot of light for seedling...I use floro on seedlings until they get some real leaf production and I can put it really close which keeps it from stretching like yours are.....I think its heat burn...but if the rest are baking under that light and they are okay I guess its not heat burn..

I think its a heat burn too... I've watered my plants during the heat of the day... BAD IDEA! It frys the leaves. the water just magnifies it like a mf..

well ive calculated the lumens, and it is 8250lumens. they are cfls so i mean, idnt think its heat burn, i keep the temp in the room about 70-84 , sometimes a little hotter like 87. but i always lower the temp when it gets above about 83.

it doesnt matter what the temp is if that light is too much and I think it is for a baby then it will burn it period.....one cfl per baby...I wouldnt move to a cfl until they are several weeks old.....
