What did I do wrong?

Ok. I am not sure what's going on or what I did wrong. This is my seckond Time. At a far away glance my buds appear huge about the size of my hand . But at a close look there dosent seem to be much bud at all just little leaves and small balls with lots of white/red hares. It is deffently a femail and not a hermie. I looked all over and compaired photo after photo. The plant has been on 12 12 for allmost 12 1/2 week. What's going on the plant appears to be healthy.

some plants yeild less , some plants have a high yeild but are less potent , or it could just be your growing conditions for example your not going to get as much bud using only a few cfls as compared to a big HPS

Should I cut my losses and harvest now or give it longer
