Foggy drizze start at the harbor this morning.
Took a walk in the woods down an abandoned road, then a coastal path at high tide, turned into a nice day.

Finally managed to manually hump the last of the 3YO pile of firewood out of the bush today.

Now I have to make sure that my chainsaws & their multiple chains are up to the job.

This lot is Messmate (dense hardwood eucalypt) & should last us about 8-10 weeks.

EDIT: You can't see the really BIG stuff that's behind this small stuff - I just couldn't chuck it any further once I got completely knackered..

I can feel a lot of beers coming-on.......

Finally had a chance to take my baby out for a short ride. I missed the nicer weather due having to replace the battery.

Pulling weeds around my rose bushes is so relaxing, either that or I'm getting lightheaded from blood loss...

Yeah, brush clearance down here is going to be insane this year. Already seen two rattlesnakes this week too…my fucking kid jumped over one while she was running down the damn trail

Beautiful spring day at local mountains, mammoth canceled spring and is still doing winter

I guess I'm done pulling weeds until this weekend, the compost bin is full. Don't have that much to do to finish it though.

Installed a new undergrow kit on my bike that changes colors with an app and turns red when I apply the brakes.

One of my pressure pumps died, diaphragm leaked into the motor so I took the pump head off and put it on a good motor. My recovery pump also died so I replaced that with an induction motor diaph


I’ve also been working on this stupid fucking reusable workflow for like three weeks and it finally does what I want, I wrote a python script to generate the build parameters from lists of boards I’m supporting with this library.

My oldest granddaughter just went to her first school dance.

I built stuff.....broke stuff and then fixed stuff.....stuff I don't like to begin with.

30 minutes to figure-out what I needed to do with a shitty pallet. 20 minutes with a circular saw & a few nails in execution.
