what do guys you yield? (average grams per watt) what should we aim for?

hello fellow stoners
ive read a lot of fourms on here and i see some people are hitting up to 2 grams per watt now im getting no where near that , i just managed to pull 0.45 grams per watt this last grow i did (im fairly new to indoor growing so forgive me lol), and that was with 600watt hps lights and adjust a wing shades
and a friend of mine only just pulled 0.25 of his first grow that also was with a 600 watt hps

basicly i just wanted to get an idea of what u guys are pulling out of your setups
and what do you think is an acceptable amount to get from hps lights

about .5 for novices 1.0 for experienced and pro's will acheive more per watt.
what you acheived was good considering your new to indoor growing,and im sure youll do better next time,but its not just about your light,so many other things play a factor in final yeild.

yeah i did the scrog method this time round which i heard increases yield but to be honest im not sure if it really did, ive done a couple of grows indoors but ive always grown then naturaly and i seemed to have almost the same results, maybe i didnt do it quite right or sumthing, but i was quite disappointed with the results due to all hard work i put in lol i did think i would be getting more than i did, but oh well might have better luck next time round lol
