what do i need to buy to screw in this high pressure sodium bulb?

i dont know how this works, if theres special adapters i need to buy to screw them in.

Looks like it comes with it.

You need an e40 light fitting, a reflector, a 400w ballast and a relay/contactor to get that up and running. Nothing more, nothing less

e39 is the bulbs screw fitting, e40 is the light fitting you need.
