What Do Ya Think About My Soil Recipe?!?!

Greetings Ladies & Gentlemen

I'm writing this post to request some input on how to make my Organic Medium better by adding or subtracting susbtances. Currently, This is about to be my third grow. My first grow was successful but my second was even better. Putting out 5-7 Oz's Per Plant on average in a 5 Gallon Air Pot, 600w. Plants getting transplanted after 2 weeks of seedling to their final pot, 5 Gallon Pot. Posted below, will be a list of my medium, which im trying to improve for maximum yield optimization. As a rockie, I'm asking:

***KEEP IN MIND, I'M TRYING TO USE "ONLY" WATER THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE GROW***

1) How does this Recipe Looks?
2) Would you add/Subtrack anything?
3) Would the Nutrients have a conflict with each other?

PER 5 GALLON Air POT

Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting Soil: 75%
Black Earthworm Casting: 25%
Dolomite Lime: 2 Table Spoon
Blood Meal: 2 Table Spoon
Bone Meal: 2 Table Spoon
Kelp Meal: 1 Table Spoon
Rock Phophate: 2 Table Spoon

Remember the combination of certain ingredients can believe it or not.... Take away!! I would use a little more lime. Maybe 3 table spoons total

Fox Farm Ocean Forest Potting Soil: 60%
PERLITE or river sand/gravel 30%
Other (10%)
Dolomite Lime: 1/2 Table Spoon
Blood Meal: 1tsp per pint foilar feed (2x week)
Kelp Meal: 1tsp per pint foilar feed (daily)
Rock Phophate: 2 Table Spoon

soak a pillow case of worm castings in a 10 gal pot
to make a 'tea' you feed 2-3 times per week or add a volume in mid veg

Amended

Thanks for your suggestion. The reason im not using any Perlite is because i saw FFOF has a percentage already but i can surely add more. When you say Pint Folar Feeding you mean spraying them with nutes? I was just trying to add water through the entire grow. But, if this might give me a better result i can definetely look into it.

One aspect to growing for me is ...just hanging with the plants, and with the 'need' I might wanna do something ..
I may pick up a spritz bottle and spray some plant,...it impossible to burn with foilar, also with foilar its a technique that allow you to fiddle and adjust the plants, without screwing with that most important soil mix
to my blog for strange shit: https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/kelp-nute-feed-d-i-y.30209/

Thank you Danny. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming posts. What's your medium and nutes percentage?

Sounds like you've got a good basic all purpose organic mix there- I would add some perlite, garden gypsum, azomite, humic acid, and some oyster flour to this.
Do you plan to recycle your mix? I just drop my root balls into a bin after harvesting and then add the stuff you listed plus my suggestions along with some fresh worm castings & let that sit for 30 days or so. The mix gets even better with age. I do add more than 25% worm castings only because I've got a worm bin that produces it for free which is the only other suggestion I would make: start up your own worm farm.
No such thing as nutrient conflict as a matter of fact the more amendments you add the better. I don't even measure I just sorta eyeball it & toss it in the dirt & then churn it all up with a rusty ol shovel.

I like using roots (I get that's basically subcools but I tone mine down a lot)for the base soil

Avoid removing your scrap roots from the previous grow(which I always did) from the used soil,
often there's much precious M_Fungi attached, the plant needs this, like you need the Internet..stay sharp

Thanks! I looked them minerals and those seemed to be very legit. Also, i dont reused my soil. How much TBS per gallon would you suggest?

Yea add some alfalfa gypsum and oyster four. You could.prob loose the lime if you wanted. You need areation. Break your soil down into 3 parts 33% soil 33%castings (homemade or equivalent) and 33%areation. For areation use oyster shells, rotted tree trunks, pumice, red lava rock etc. You need rock duct volcanic gypsum azomite I no I am missing some. I drew a blank.

I'd leave the lime in, it's only your 3rd grow, and then you don't need to really worry about phing everything that goes in

Maybe 1 tsp per gal. You do not have to be as exact with quantities of soil amendments because they need time to break down anyway. I simply dump out a small pile of dry amendments in the palm of my hand & then throw it in a 40 gal tote bin for recycling for like 30 days.
It's sorta like they are time released: nutrients become available to the plants as fast as the microbes consume your amendments. It's more important to allow time for it all to "cook" into your soil: let sit for 30 days or until a soil ph meter reads higher than 6.5. You do not really even need to check the ph if you give it a month or so to cook down. You can recycle your mix over & over- it just gets better with age
