the really tall one is about 2.5 feet and is og kush and the shorter one about 1.3 feet and is bag seed but she is the female
About pots i have them in like gallon pots what should they be moved to before flowering?there starting to get a need for a bigger size.

How far above tops of your plants are the lights?
They look a little stretched but other than that look healthy

Depending on the height of your room id say 3 gallon pots would work.. Those things still have a LOT of growing/stretching to do.

They were on a table nearer to the light about 2foot from the light about 2 days ago i moved them to the floor and gained about 4ft in expectation for flowering

Keep in mind you can force a plant to flower at any size. It all depends on your actual space vertical and horizontal, what lights you are using, and what yield you are after.
